Terms & Conditions

​​These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the ARIES – Academic Relocation & International Education Services platform (“Platform”, “ARIES”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Nature of Services
ARIES is a technology-enabled platform designed to facilitate connections between students, education agents/agencies, universities, and third-party service providers for international education and student mobility services. ARIES acts solely as a facilitator and aggregator and does not guarantee admissions, visas, scholarships, employment, accommodation, or any specific outcome.

2. User Eligibility & Representations
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that: You are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement under applicable laws of India and/or Georgia. All information provided by you is accurate, current, and complete. You will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. ARIES reserves the right to verify user information and suspend or terminate accounts found to be inaccurate, misleading, or non-compliant.

3. No Agency or Authority Relationship
ARIES is not: A university, immigration authority, embassy, or government body A legal, visa, or immigration consultant Final decisions regarding admissions, visas, eligibility, fees, documentation, and timelines rest exclusively with the respective universities, institutions, service providers, and government authorities.

4. Fees, Payments & Third-Party Services
Any applicable platform fees, commissions, or service charges will be disclosed separately. Payments made to third parties (universities, agents, service providers) are governed by their respective terms. ARIES is not responsible for disputes, delays, refunds, or failures arising from third-party services.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, software, trademarks, logos, designs, text, and platform architecture are the exclusive intellectual property of ARIES or its licensors. No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written consent.

6. Data Protection & Privacy
ARIES collects and processes personal data in accordance with: Applicable Indian data protection laws, including the Information Technology Act and related rules Applicable Georgian data protection regulations By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, processing, and sharing of your data strictly for service delivery, compliance, and platform improvement, as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: ARIES shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform. ARIES shall not be responsible for decisions, actions, or omissions of third parties, including universities, agents, or service providers.

8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ARIES, its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from: Your misuse of the Platform Violation of these Terms Breach of applicable laws or third-party rights

9. Suspension & Termination
ARIES reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in cases of misuse, legal non-compliance, or breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction For users based in India, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. For users based in Georgia, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Georgia. Courts of the respective jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable conflict-of-law principles.

11. Amendments
ARIES may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
